Using Song in your EAL class - May
Wingate Community Centre, Ascot Vale
In this workshop we gave teachers techniques for using songs from beginner to advanced levels and writing stories on connected topics. The focus was on building confidence and speaking skills.
Finding Your Voice Workshop - Weaving Songs and Stories - May
VALBEC Conference, William Angliss Institute Melbourne
This workshop was on how teachers can transform classes and inspire students by using songs and connected stories to reinvigorate learning.
We were excited to meet keynote speaker Prof Vikki Duckworth Transfoming Lives Project who loves our resources.
